Prior to accepting his current roles, Dr. Lvovsky thrived as a senior engineer at MEI Technologies Inc. from 2000 to 2003. He also served as the editor-in-chief and quality assurance manager at TechTrans International Inc. from 1994 to 1999, reliant in part on experience gained as a patent examiner at the Russia Patent Office from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Dr. Lvovsky completed his career as the deputy office manager at the Khrunichev State Research and Production Center where he used to work from 1964 to 1989.
Across a series of distinguished titles, Dr. Lvovsky has secured numerous patents, including those for methods and devices related to material permeation testing and leak testing. In recognition of his contributions to aerospace engineering, he has received due recognition, humbly accepting the prestigious Public Service Medal and the Exceptional Public Achievement Medal from NASA. Dr. Lvovsky is also the author of "Optimizing and Standardizing Leak Test Methodology: Step toward NASA Standard for Leak Testing," a paper he presented at the Aerospace Testing Seminar hosted by Aerospace Corporation in 2018.
Exceptional academic accomplishments further define Dr. Lvovsky's industry presence. He earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from K. E. Tsiolkovsky State Technology University in 1970 and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in aerospace engineering from the State University of Aerospace Technologies, which he proudly completed in 1987. Dr. Lvovsky attributes his educational and professional advancement thus far to personal determination and a strong work ethic modeled by his parents, and he counts both traits as crucial to his success.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lvovsky cherishes spending time with his two children and two beautiful and smart granddaughters. He achieves balance by playing chess, which reflects his passion for strategic thinking and the keen analytical skills that have undoubtedly contributed to his professional success.
