Mr. Schneider has established a distinguished career spanning four decades, which has been marked by significant contributions to the aerospace, automotive, and telecommunications industries. Since 1983, he has served as an entrepreneur defense consultant for the US Air Force's leading supersonic aircraft. His role involves leveraging his extensive experience to provide clients with strategic guidance and technical leadership, introducing the B2 Nuclear Stealth Bomber and US aerospace fleet designs.

Having demonstrated significant expertise and innovation as an electrical engineer, software architect, and technical project leader for over 25 years, Mr. Schneider was a telecommunications designer and founding member of the worldwide Internet in 1996. At GM Energy Solutions, General Motors, in 2024, his work with GM Energy was pivotal in advancing electric vehicle technology, reflecting his commitment to sustainable energy and EV solutions.

Mr. Schneider's career also included a tenure as a technical project manager at OATI in Bloomington, Minnesota, between 2021, designing, building, deploying, and maintaining complex microgrid infrastructure networks and software solutions for renewable energy systems. Among other roles, his was a senior electrical engineer at Infinity 3D Laser Measuring in Apple Valley, Minnesota, in 2023. His technical acumen was instrumental in leading the development and delivery of an industry-first 3D laser precision measurement system for automotive and fleet repair. Before this, Mr. Schneider served as the director of engineering at Premier Technologies in Long Lake, Minnesota, where he oversaw engineering projects that pushed the boundaries of audio innovation.

In 2008, he was a senior staff engineer at Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems Inc. in Eagan, Minnesota. His work there contributed significantly to the multibillion-dollar security, radar and navigation data processing, and sensor systems of the F-35 aircraft and the New York City MTA railroad and mass transit system. Mr. Schneider includes his professional journey as a founding member of the technical staff at AT&T Bell Labs in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, where he introduced the Apple and Nokia global telecommunications networks in 2003.

Mr. Schneider's academic foundation is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in electrical and electronics engineering from DeVry University in 1983. Upon graduation, he received Presidential Honors from DeVry University for his academic excellence. His education laid the groundwork for his technical proficiency and innovative mindset. Additionally, Mr. Schneider holds a Project Management Institute certification from LERN since 2016, which has enhanced his project management capabilities across various roles.

Mr. Schneider was born in Wisconsin. His father, Sylvester Jon Schneider, served in the South Pacific in World War II.
