Prior to his current position, Mr. Sawant was a technical training instructor at a leading energy technology company from 2014 to 2023. During this period, Mr. Sawant demonstrated exceptional leadership by developing innovative teaching techniques and creating numerous training courses for technicians. His efforts during the economic slowdowns in 2016 and 2020 were particularly noteworthy as he implemented remote training courses that maintained high-quality instruction while reducing the time from hiring to production. His commitment to continuous learning and innovation led him to develop remote instruction methods that required minimal time from participants, allowing them to continue their training without traveling to the training center.

Mr. Sawant began his career as a field services engineer with Oil Field Instrumentation Limited from 2007 to 2012. This foundational role provided him with valuable experience in the oil and gas industry, setting the stage for his future achievements. Throughout his career, he has been honored with the Manufacturing Competency and Quality Competence and Excellence Award by the Indian Achiever's Forum.

An active member of industry-related organizations such as International Electronics Standards and the Institute of Printed Circuits, Mr. Sawant continues to contribute to his field through his involvement in these associations. Additionally, he volunteers with the ERG Group at his organization, demonstrating his commitment to civic-minded initiatives.

Mr. Sawant's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in oil and gas business from the University of Energy and Petroleum Energy Studies in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in engineering specializing in instrumentation technology from Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering at Mumbai University. His dedication to continuous learning has been a driving force behind his success, as he consistently seeks new knowledge and engages with colleagues to stay ahead.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Sawant enjoys running, cycling, playing cricket and spending time with his family.
