Additionally, she developed welding maps that are now widely used in the industry and required by the American Bureau of Shipping. Her work with Bollinger Shipyards on the PSC project has been a major part of her career, addressing significant welding issues.

Ms. Kempker's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture / Mechanical Engineering.
