Before founding Daniele Law LLC, Mr. Daniele served as an outside attorney in the Public Defender's Office for the State of New Jersey from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Daniele's tenure as a judge in the City of Newark, New Jersey, from 1979 to 2006, was marked by his innovative approach to addressing truancy issues. He established a truancy alternative program that held parents accountable while providing educational support through partnerships with local universities. Additionally, Mr. Daniele took an active role in ensuring housing code compliance by personally inspecting reported violations. His efforts significantly improved the living conditions for many residents. His dedication to the community was recognized with an award of The Newark Peace Prize in 1991. Earlier in his career, Mr. Daniele practiced law at Paul Daniele Esq. from 1975 to 1978 after serving as an assistant prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor's Office between 1968 and 1974. He began his legal journey as an attorney at Somerset County Legal Services in 1967 after completing his law clerkship at the Essex County Office of County Counsel.

Mr. Daniele's academic background laid a strong foundation for his legal career. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University in 1960 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from New York Law School in 1967. His education equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary for his various roles throughout his career.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Daniele holds a masters license issued by the United States Coast Guard. He notably served as a volunteer in the United Coast Guard Auxiliary for 15 years. During this time, he rose to the rank of coxswain and received orders from the Coast Guard to assist in patrolling sections of Raritan Bay. Mr. Daniele, was also one of a select group to complete extensive advanced courses and was qualified to teach advanced coastal navigation if a sailor's GPS was not operational. During his service he was also elected as Commander of his Flotilla. His call to serve has brought him to be deeply involved in other civic activities such as a Hot Line Service. He was Ordained by the Archdiocese of Newark in 1995 and served as a deacon at St. Francis Xavior Church in Newark and latter at Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Colts Neck. Additionally, as a eucharistic minister at Centra State Medical Center, he continues to provide spiritual support to patients. His commitment to his faith and profession underscores his lifelong dedication to serving others.
