From 2005 to 2006, he was a law clerk at the Department of the Public Defender in San Diego, where he honed his skills in client interviews and drafting important legal documents. His professional career began at the Butte County Adult Detention Facility, where he served as a paralegal research assistant in the inmate law library from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Dulebohn's academic achievements laid a strong foundation for his professional success. He earned a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2006 and was honored with an academic achievement award for contributions to International Labor and Employment Law. He also completed coursework in international business transactions at Universidad Del Salvador School of Law in Argentina and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in political science from California State University in 2002, graduating with honors. He has been admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California, which has allowed him to serve thousands of clients effectively within the state.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Dulebohn has made significant contributions to civic organizations. He served as the youth programs chair for the Rotary Club of Mill Valley from 2008 to 2009, demonstrating his commitment to community service and youth development. Furthermore, he founded the Glenn County Public Defender's Office with the goal of ensuring access to legal representation for all individuals. In honor of his outstanding service to the county as a public defender and judge pro tem, he was honored in 2024 with the Pro-client Advocate Award by the Glenn County Department of Behavioral Health.

Outside of his legal career, Mr. Dulebohn is working on several personal projects.
