In the U.S., he pursued his education while coaching gymnastics for a decade. A family member's suggestion steered him toward a career in medicine, focusing on physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Dr. Vitvitskiy's journey into the field began with his education in exercise science and at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, where he earned a bachelor's degree. He furthered his education by obtaining a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. These academic achievements have been instrumental in Dr. Vitvitskiy's success as a medical professional and entrepreneur.

Despite his professional accomplishments, Dr. Vitvitskiy encountered personal challenges due to years of intensive gymnastics and lifestyle choices that affected his health. Ultimately, he discovered the carnivore diet through a YouTube video and experienced significant improvements in his health within a week of trying it. Motivated by these results, Dr. Vitvitskiy researched the diet further and shared his findings with patients at Ball Memorial Hospital in Indiana. However, this led to a controversial situation, prompting him to resign. Undeterred by this setback, he founded Livelongandbeautifull to continue his mission of promoting holistic wellness around the globe.
