He earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Gambit Business School in the United Kingdom and a PhD in business administration with a specialization in organizational leadership from National University. He also holds a master's degree in computer science from the Guru Nanak Dev University, completed in 2005, and a bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics and computer science from Hindu College Amritsar, obtained in 2002 in India before he immigrated to the United States.

Dr. Singh's professional development is further supported by certifications from the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, including business consulting and digital citizenship consultant credentials. He also holds a professional development certificate in human rights at Level II and is recognized as a researcher with a social and behavioral focus by the CITI Program.

Dr. Singh's dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors into civic projects, among which is "Adopt Unity, Not Uniformity," advocating for diversity and inclusion. He has also been involved in restoration projects for Gurdwara Choha Sahib Ji and Gurdwara Janam Asthan Mata Sahib Kaur Ji.
