With a mission statement of "Superior Technology and Superior Support," START PAC® is a family-owned ISO 9001-certified business helmed by Ms. Storm, who serves as the company's owner, chief executive officer and president. Assuming ownership of the company in 2018 after initially joining in 2007, Ms. Storm has since been met with much success, and START PAC® is regarded as one of the leading producers of ground support equipment. Some equipment produced by the company includes jumpstarters for electrically-started engines, power supplies for business jets, military vehicles and helicopters, and combination units for locomotives, heavy construction, mining and military applications.

As part of her routine duties, Ms. Storm maintains responsibility for overseeing the company's operations and financial sector, as well as marketing, advertising and sales. She also prepares for trade shows and exhibitions, liaises with customers, ensures customers receive necessary support and resources and travels around the world to promote their product line. To wit, Ms. Storm speaks several languages, such as Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese, German and Arabic, showcasing her diverse portfolio of skills to ensure her customers receive the best possible service and to be respectful of other nations.

In accounting for her success, Ms. Storm credits her diligent work ethic and authenticity in notable part to her mother, Judith Wurth's entrepreneurial success, emphasizing that she has remained her authentic self even in the midst of what are typically male-dominated industries. Well-regarded for her fair-minded approach to business and integrity, she is revered for accomplishing numerous feats in a profitable yet equitable manner. Additionally, she is grateful for any adversity she has faced throughout her life and career, including cancer, and welcomes challenges and change to continue bolstering a successful yet humble mindset.

Outside of her primary duties, Ms. Storm supports several charitable and civic organizations, including the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation, among others. Further, she sees her company, START PAC®, as a platform she can use to be a Goodwill Ambassador for the United States.

EDUCATION HIGHLIGHTS
Highly educated, Ms. Storm graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in communications and history, with minors in science, French and Spanish. She then received a master's degree in clinical psychology, graduating magna cum laude from Phillips Graduate University, and a Master of Business Administration in aerospace and defense business management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ms. Storm also completed doctoral coursework in clinical psychology and holds a music diploma in classical music and vocal performance from the Trinity College of Music, London, England.

AWARD HIGHLIGHTS
Ms. Storm graduated with honors and was on both the Dean's List and President's List at Texas Tech University. As she progressed in her career, she was featured and interviewed by Modern Luxury magazine for their features on powerful women and power players.
