Instrumental in Dr. Viollis's professional success was his academic background, which began with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and constitutional law from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice at the City University of New York, where he graduated with summa cum laude distinction. He subsequently earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy from the same institution.
