Prior to this, Mr. Altenor worked as a design engineer at Hydrolec, Inc. (2016–2018) and a manufacturing engineer at Jacksonville Advanced Machining, LLC (2014–2016), where he gained hands-on experience in engineering design and precision manufacturing.

Dedicated to continuous professional development, Mr. Altenor has earned certifications in solar design through an accredited online learning platform. Mr. Altenor holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Florida International University (2013) and an Associate of Arts in mechanical engineering from Miami Dade College (2010).
