PLUMAS LAKE, CA, February 21, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stacey Firpo has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Drawing on years of educational experience, Ms. Firpo excels as the principal of Twin Rivers Unified School District's Northlake TK-8 School. In this capacity, she oversees a staff 50 and implements innovative educational programs focused on science, technology, and the arts. Additionally, she manages all inventory for the school, creates school documents, and implements the school's and district's instructional programs. Through her work, she focuses on the development of the whole child, believing that addressing only one aspect of education is insufficient. Previously, Ms. Firpo gained valuable expertise with the school district as the principal of Garden Valley Elementary, through which she facilitated the overall academic improvement from 22nd in English language arts and 18th in mathematics to first and second, in the district, respectively.

During the early stages of her career, Ms. Firpo gained valuable expertise as a guidance instructional specialist and teacher with the Clovis Unified School District and the Fresno Unified School District. Before establishing herself professionally, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fresno. Subsequently, Ms. Firpo expanded her knowledge by completing a teaching credential from National University and a CPACE administrative credential.

Given her professional achievements, Ms. Firpo has been honored many times, earning the Crystal Award from the Clovis Unified School District. In 2022, she won the Twin Rivers USD Diamond Award for Student Achievement and a California Pivotal Practice Award through the California Department of Education. These awards recognize her significant contributions to the field of educational administration and her commitment to student success. While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Firpo takes the most pride in introducing social-emotional learning at Garden Valley Elementary, which helped improve the school's academic performance.

Ms. Firpo's career has been driven by her passion for working with students and witnessing their moments of realization and joy. She has seen firsthand that students succeed when they feel supported and encouraged. Her future aspirations include associate superintendent positions and retiring from that position within eight to ten years.
