Ms. Bradley has dedicated her professional career to Seaboard Foods, where she has been a pivotal figure for over a decade. Her journey with the company began through a management training program she participated in shortly after completing her college education. This program provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, leading to her promotion to production supervisor within four months. In this role, which she held from 2012 to 2016, she also took on the responsibilities of assistant general foreman, enhancing her leadership experience.

In 2016, Ms. Bradley transitioned to the role of regulatory food safety manager, leveraging her educational background in food science. Over the next four years, she was instrumental in managing essential food safety documentation, overseeing HACCP plan audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Her contributions were vital to maintaining the company's operational integrity and adherence to industry regulations. In 2021, she advanced to the position of FSQA manager before being appointed as director of FSQA in 2022.

Ms. Bradley's most significant achievement in her current role is enhancing collaboration between the food safety and quality assurance team and the facility's production team, fostering a culture of excellence in both areas. She is also proud of being PACO certified and remaining involved with several industry-related organizations, such as the SQF Edition 10 Technical Working Group and AMSA.

Ms. Bradley's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in food science from Kansas State University, completed in 2011, and an associate degree from Seward County Community College. She attributes her professional success to her dedication and the invaluable guidance she received from mentoring relationships throughout her career. Although not all her mentors were members of her profession, they provided valuable support in fostering professionalism. Working in a traditionally male-dominated field, she recognizes the unique challenges young women face in this environment and seeks to build up new supervisors through her own mentorship.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Bradley is actively involved with civic-minded organizations, including the Wild West Extension District Board. She also raises lambs with her family for 4H and FFA shows across the United States and helps with local 4H clubs and youth programs.

Looking ahead in her career, Ms. Bradley plans to focus on preventative measures within the food industry, particularly given the increase in recalls in recent years. By fostering a narrative that emphasizes operational strength, she aims to assure stakeholders that potential recalls can be accurately identified and effectively addressed.
