Somewhat unconventionally, Mr. Koike's journey into the world of technology began as freelance network and security consulting from 2001 to 2002, proceeded by a role as lead programmer at Fusion Technologies from 1996 to 2000. Furthering his industry qualifications, he has been an active member of several prestigious organizations, such as the International Information System Security Certification Consortium and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Mr. Koike's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in computer science from Uninove University of July 9th in São Paulo, Brazil. Among these are SAP Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer, SysOps Administrator Associate, Information Security Manager and Information Systems Security Professional.
