Mr. Christian's journey with Concrete Constructors began in 2019 when he joined as a salesperson; his ability to sell a significant project that others deemed unattainable marked a turning point in his career. This achievement led to his request to manage the project, which he completed ahead of schedule. Building on this success, he went on to serve from 2020 to 2022 as the company's operations manager, where he was pivotal in implementing changes that led to significant growth for the company. Other successes have included revamping the company's website, expanding branding and marketing efforts, and opening opportunities for the company in three other major cities in Texas.

Before joining Concrete Constructors, Mr. Christian was an entrepreneur who owned Christian Hill Country Realtors from 2015 to 2019. He also owned CW Construction from 2008 to 2019. During this period, he specialized in custom home building, furniture, trim carpentry, remodeling, new construction, and storm restoration. Notably, he played a crucial role in revitalizing a golf course community near San Antonio by designing and building resort-style vacation homes and establishing a property management and real estate company.

Mr. Christian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Development from Texas A&M University in 2005. His early interest in woodworking led him to start his first company, Christian Woodworks, while attending Texas A&M. This experience laid the foundation for his career in construction and honed his skills as a master craftsman in woodworking.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Christian is dedicated to his family and personal interests. He is a father of three children and enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, hunting, and fishing. He values creating meaningful experiences for his wife and children and focuses on being a supportive husband and good friend.
