Additionally, she serves on the advisory council for Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa. Ms. Pickle's academic background includes a master's degree in organizational dynamics and human resources from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and human resources and psychology from the University of Arkansas in 2000. She holds certifications as a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resources Management and as a Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Pickle is dedicated to her family, including her spouse, Brent, and their three children.
