He then transitioned to a division of the Cendant Corporation in Norwalk, Connecticut, as a director and legal counsel, where he further expanded his expertise until 2002. Following this role, Mr. Litvak joined AIG, a leading global insurance organization in New York, as an assistant general counsel between 2002 and 2003.

Mr. Litvak's educational background includes a bachelor's degree from New York University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami, both magna cum laude. His academic achievements have played a significant role in his professional success. As the child of immigrant parents from Ukraine who settled in New York, Mr. Litvak was inspired to pursue a career in law from an early age.
