She held a position as a charge nurse from 2020 to 2022, where she honed her leadership skills in a level 1 operating room environment and spent a six-year tenure working as a surgical tech from 2010 to 2016. She also contributed her time as a relief nurse in New York during the COVID-19 pandemic and worked with DaVita Inc. to provide acute dialysis care.

Ms. Breeding's professional career is marked by her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. She holds certifications as a registered nurse and certified perioperative nurse, underscoring her knowledge and expertise in the field. As president-elect of the St. Louis chapter of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), she actively contributes to advancing nursing standards and practices.

Ms. Breeding's equally accomplished educational background includes a Master of Science in nursing education from Webster University, earned in 2023, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Saint Louis University, completed in 2019, and an associate's degree from Southwestern Illinois College, obtained in 2016. Her academic achievements have been pivotal in her career progression, with her master's degree being a particularly proud accomplishment.

Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Breeding volunteers her time at Collinsville High School and supports charitable causes such as the March of Dimes and Saint Louis University's school of nursing. Born in Belleville, Ms. Breeding is a devoted mother who enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, baking, hiking, kayaking and riding motorcycles.
