He quickly rose through the ranks, managing large-scale transformation projects across Life science, manufacturing, and defense industries. Mr. Bullukian's tenure at Gemini Consulting laid the foundation for his future successes in strategic roles.

In 2004, Mr. Bullukian became the chief executive officer of Ajilon IT & Engineering Services, a subsidiary of the Adecco Group. Under his leadership, the staffing business doubled its revenue, extending operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Mr. Bullukian also served in parallel as the corporate chief information officer (CIO) for The Adecco Group, earning recognition as one of the Top 10 CIOs in Switzerland.

As his career flourished, Mr. Bullukian earned an opportunity to join Alvarez & Marsal in Paris, where he successfully developed their French operations and turned around a critical aerospace and defense supplier for American private equity investors. He then became the chief executive officer for ISS A/S in the Asia Pacific region, doubling the business within two years and significantly expanding its workforce. Mr. Bullukian's efforts transformed the division into a purpose-driven company focused on offering a career for low-qualified workers in Asia-Pacific to make them progress in society while delivering superior financial results.

In 2019, Mr. Bullukian joined Ivalua as the vice president of alliances and head of Asia Pacific, contributing to its growth as a leading e-procurement technology firm. His entrepreneurial spirit led him back to founding Ad Crescere in 2022, where he continues to leverage technology and AI for business growth.

Mr. Bullukian graduated in 1987 with a Master of Science in strategy finance from ESSEC Business School in France (École Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales). This highly competitive program equipped him with the skills necessary for his successful career.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Bullukian is deeply committed to philanthropy and civic engagement and continues to support the American University of Armenia. He established a scholarship fund with his wife to help students who have lost their parents and contributes to non-profit organizations aiding such students.
