In addition to his corporate roles, Dr. Elsayad has been an adjunct professor at Hult International Business School since 2025, where he shares his extensive knowledge in business transformation and project management with students. His academic background is robust, holding a Doctor of Business Administration in management and operations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He also earned a master's degree in sustainable development practice from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from The American University in Cairo. Dr. Elsayad's credentials are further bolstered by his certification as a certified professional project manager from Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in 2020.

Dr. Elsayad's cross-cultural experiences have significantly contributed to his success. Growing up in Egypt and traveling extensively for education and work has given him valuable insights into diverse cultures and practices.
