As CEO of two companies, first in Massachusetts and then in Florida, Mr. Louis spearheaded business development initiatives and provided expert consultation on hospitality, food & beverage, community association management, and financial planning. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1990 with his first management company, where he oversaw projects ranging from four- and five-diamond country inns to condo hotels and high-end homeowners associations. In 2002, he relocated to Florida to establish a second management company, specializing in condominiums, condo-hotels, and homeowner associations. Recognizing the potential of a future leader, Mr. Louis brought Erik Levin onboard as a partner in 2009, offering him a vested ownership stake and setting the stage for the company's successful trajectory, culminating in its sale to the RealManage Family of Brands in 2019. Following the sale, Mr. Louis achieved the highest organic sales in the acquiring company's history and more than doubled that with merger acquisition revenues. From 2019 to 2025, he was part of a pivotal team expanding the company's reach and retaining its membership in the prestigious INC. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.

From 2004 to 2019, prior to the sale, Mr. Louis served as chairman and chief executive officer of American Management Group and its subsidiary, Association Specialty Group, overseeing complex organizational structures across a wide region from South Beach, Miami, to Orlando, Florida. The addition of Erik Levin in 2009 as a partner significantly contributed to the company's success, culminating in Association Specialty Group's three-year appearance on the prestigious Gator 100 List, with annual growth between 25 and 55 percent. Mr. Louis's hospitality experience includes serving as vice president of operations for a New England hospitality group, where he played a key role in the renovation and launch of the Harbor View Hotel and Resort on Martha's Vineyard from bankruptcy to world class featured operation on the International Stage under the First Winthrop Corp banner. Earlier in his career, he held assistant food and beverage director, food & beverage director, and general manager positions with Sheraton ITT Global, Hyatt International, and Hyatt Corporation of America, spanning five countries and twelve states.

Mr. Louis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on hospitality management and business administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, completing his studies while working full-time. His academic achievements earned him a scholarship and placement on the Dean's Honor List. He holds numerous certifications, including the California Community Association Management Executive (CAMEx®) and California Community Association Manager (CCAM®) certifications from the California Association of Community Managers Inc.; the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) certification and the Large Scale Manager (LSM®) designation from the Community Associations Institute, and the Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE®) certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Mr. Louis's company partnered with Mission United, and he served as past Chairman and Board Director for seven years with the South Florida and Islands Better Business Bureau (BBB®), stepping down from the board on December 31, 2024, to activate his consultancy – Allright Ranch, Inc. His personal interests include blacksmithing, woodworking, teaching firearms safety, horseback riding, strength training, playing the guitar and violin, and spending time working on his organic farm.
