A seasoned real estate and property management industry professional, Mr. Hindman has been a minority owner and general manager, along with his partner/brother, Dallas Hindman, at Archway Properties since 2023. His role involves business development, managing rental properties, maintaining facilities, handling communications, and ensuring the business's financial stability.

Before his current role, Mr. Hindman was a dock controller in real estate and facilities services at ConocoPhillips from 2020 to 2023. In this capacity, he oversaw logistical operations and facility management. Before that, he was the general manager at Affinity Properties from 2018 to 2020, where he honed his skills in property management and client relations. His career in operations began as a regional operations manager at SELECT Commercial Services from 2009 until 2010, followed by his role as an operations manager at Summers Management from 2010 until 2012. In 2012, Mr. Hindman founded BJH Assets LLC, a real estate company focused on residential housing. He continued to operate this company while serving in other professional vocations. Earlier in his career, he served as a business administrator at Grace Community Church from 2004 to 2007, where he developed his administrative and leadership capabilities.

Mr. Hindman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Leadership in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, both completed in 2004. These academic achievements have provided him with a strong leadership and human resources foundation, which have been instrumental in his professional success. A big part of his education included practical experience, serving three years of internships as program director at On The Rock Ministries in Bartlesville, OK as well as leadership staff at Pine Cove Camps in Tyler, TX.

His personal life was deeply influenced by volunteerism as a youth, working at children's camps in various socioeconomic communities across the United States. It was there Mr. Hindman committed to do his part to fight for equality, education and opportunity so that every person has a fair chance to realize the "American Dream." These experiences led to his commitment to revitalizing neglected areas through Archway Properties, including acquiring and developing a historic courthouse built in 1912.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Hindman is actively involved in civic organizations. He volunteers as a foster for SPACAR (Skiatook Paws and Claws Animal Rescue), has tutored children in the public school system, volunteered at Convoy of Hope providing shoes to anyone in need, as an athletic coach, and as a band sponsor. He spoke on entrepreneurship at an Eagle Scout program with the Boy Scouts of America. He has contributed financially to homeless shelters, athletic teams, theatre programs, and Oklahomans for Equality. These activities reflect his dedication to community service and youth development.

In his personal time, Mr. Hindman enjoys spending time with his family (including his dogs), attending music festivals, listening to music, and participating in sports. He is passionate about creating vibrant communities and is working on revitalizing neglected property/areas with his brother. Through these efforts, Mr. Hindman seeks to foster community and provide residents with spaces to relax and escape daily pressures.
