Prior to her current position, Ms. Li was the head of worldwide EMS sales and the global sales operations at Renesas Electronics Corporation from 2022 to 2024. In this role, she led the global EMS sales team and global sales operations team, driving a 20%+ growth in their EMS sales by developing a global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with regional sales leaders and business units. Before joining Renesas, she served as director of sales for the Americas at TE Connectivity for one year, where she led a large sales team that achieved their annual target ahead of schedule within just six months, with the highest ROI on revenue output per capita globally.

From 2019 to 2021, Ms. Li was managing global accounts Onsemi. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in growing her accounts' revenue from $10 million to $350 million over four years, marking an impressive 800% increase in revenue pipeline in 4-years life cycle. She has also successfully grown Onsemi's market share to the No. 1 position, as supplier for the customer, from No. 7 where it had previously ranked for many years in response to the electric vehicle boom. Her earlier career includes significant contributions at Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), where she held positions as worldwide EMS sales director from 2014 to 2019 and Asia business operation and strategy director from 2008 to 2014. At the firm, she began by leading their Asia-Pacific business in sales strategy, operations and finance and later successful established the EMS team after being relocated to Boston, spearheading an innovative EMS engagement model. Her work there earned two prestigious awards from Flex Ltd. and Plexus Worldwide.

Ms. Li's academic background has been instrumental in her career achievements. She holds a Master of Business Administration with high honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in computer science and chemical engineering, earned in China. Additionally, she completed coursework at Harvard Business School and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Her expertise has further been recognized through her membership in prestigious organizations, such as Beta Gamma Sigma and the Electronics Representatives Association.

Ms. Li's success is deeply rooted in the strong bond she shares with her parents, who have instilled in her the importance of a global perspective and in search of excellence with continuous curiosity. This outlook has inspired her to explore diverse cultures and innovative business models since moving to the United States at age 18 for her education. Her early career at Philips in China as the youngest manager overseeing the quality department fueled her passion for addressing client needs and motivated her pursuit of an MBA.

In her personal life, Ms. Li enjoys traveling, photography, reading, cooking, exploring new places of interest, swimming, yoga and jogging. Born in Shanghai, she has traveled to 65 countries and plans to publish an album highlighting her travel experiences alongside her extensive photography collection.
