Growing up in Lockland, a small city north of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Foster's entrepreneurial spirit was evident from the age of seven when he devised various recycling, refuse removal and home maintenance services to earn money for personal goals. He was also significantly influenced by his mother Ella Louise Foster, who instilled in him structure and order, which has contributed to his success. Educationally, his foundation was built through coursework at the University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering and Applied Science from 1989 to 1991 and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Balin Technical Institute in 1988.

Beyond his professional life, Mr. Foster is dedicated to civic engagements, such as a volunteer with World Changers Ministries.
