Specializing in assisting companies transitioning to more robust software systems, she acts as a liaison between the new software and the companies, ensuring their books are organized and properly set up from an accounting perspective.

Ms. Baietti's professional journey began as an executive assistant manager at Walgreens from 2007 to 2008. She then worked as a field consultant and merchandise accountant at 7-Eleven from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, she transitioned to the role of accountant at Level Property Management. She then joined Prospect Management Company, AAMC, as an accountant for a brief tenure before moving to Cenegenics Medical Institute as a staff accountant from 2011 to 2012.

As her career trajectory continued upward, Ms. Baietti became a senior accountant at Diamond Resorts International the following year. Subsequently, she served as an accounting manager at Balance Financial Management in 2013 before taking on similar roles at Green Compass from 2013 to 2016 and Calavo Growers Inc. from 2016 to 2018.

Ms. Baietti's most recent corporate role was as chief accounting officer and controller at Bobalu Berries in 2018, where she provided consulting services for clients in a specific division. This experience laid the groundwork for her entrepreneurial venture with Benefit Business Consulting in 2022. Her fearless approach to challenges and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in her success, allowing her to build a business that quickly gained nearly 20 clients within two years.

Educationally, Ms. Baietti holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix's Nellis AFB Campus in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in management and technology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2006. Additionally, she has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor through Intuit since 2022.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Baietti has been actively involved in civic organizations. She served as treasurer for the Ventura Police Community Foundation from 2018 to 2022 and for California Women for Agriculture in 2019.
