This followed an earlier role as an administration expert at Alibaba between 2018 and 2019, where Ms. Zhang learned the influence of digital innovation.

Additionally, her experience as a facility and space manager at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2010 to 2018 provided valuable insights into space optimization and management.

She also received the Master of Business Administration in project management from the School of Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016 and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in Saint Louis and Fudan University Shanghai in 2024. In addition to her formal education, Ms. Zhang became certified as a project management professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds the Test for English Majors-Band 8 certification.
