His tenure there began in 2000 when he joined Multiphone Venezuela as the director of marketing and sales. Over the years, he expanded the company's reach by opening branches in Spain, Colombia and Mexico. In 2012, he was invited to Miami to oversee commercial operations across multiple countries.

Mr. Miliani's career also includes his stint as the director general at Red Prepago D'Volada SA de CV from 2009 to 2012. Concurrently, he served as the general director for both MultiwebPhone SA de CV from 2005 to 2010 and Grupo Akkar SA de CV from 2007 to 2010. His early career was shaped by his service in the Venezuelan National Guard, which laid a foundation for his disciplined approach to business.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Miliani is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the Venezuelan Engineers College, Certified Instructor of the National Rifle Association and active member of the American Trapshooting Association. He is also a past member of the Air Pistol Team in Venezuela, reflecting a passion for shooting sports.

Mr. Miliani's educational background is extensive and diverse. He graduated cum laude with a magister degree in management from the Polytechnic University Institute of the National Armed Forces in Venezuela in 1988. He also holds an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from the same institution, obtained in 1984.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Miliani holds numerous certifications that have bolstered his professional capabilities. These include a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, a General Contractor License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and a Certified Manage Mentor Plus from Harvard Business School.
