Mr. Chiddick's expertise ensures that the buildings and projects, undertaken by the manufacturers that Seven Source represents, are leak-free. He also provides valuable advice to architects, consultants and contractors seeking his guidance. Prior to his current role, Mr. Chiddick was the West Region district manager at American Hydrotech, Inc. where he honed his skills in managing large-scale projects and developed a keen understanding of sustainable design practices. His role involved representing the company's products and services, further solidifying his reputation as an expert in the industry.

Mr. Chiddick's journey in the roofing industry started at a young age when he worked alongside his father, manufacturing roofing materials. This early exposure ignited his passion for the field and set him on his professional path. His professional career began with roles at Snyder Roofing of Washington, LLC as an estimator and project manager from 2001-2010 and at Soprema, Inc., serving as a district manager for their California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Hawaii territories.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Chiddick is actively involved in several industry-related organizations. He is a member of the Architects Institute of America, the Construction Specifier Institute, the National Organization of Minority Architects and Kappa Alpha Psi. Fraternity, Inc. Notably, he also founded Black Building Envelope Professionals, demonstrating his commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the Building Envelope industry.

Mr. Chiddick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, which he completed in 2004. In addition to his education, he attributes his accomplishments to resilience, a strong work ethic, great mentors, caring friends, fantastic teammates, loyal customers and a motivation derived from critics who doubt his potential.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Chiddick is dedicated to civic engagement through yearly donations to the Southern University and A&M College Foundation and the University of the West Indies, Trinidad. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family, friends and pursues various physical activities, such as exercising, yoga, boxing and weightlifting.
