Her tenure at the Midland County District Attorney's Office is marked by her progression from assistant district attorney to the esteemed role of district attorney. From 2017 to 2024, she managed a team of attorneys, investigators and paralegals across five departments. Her responsibilities included law office management, providing legal advice to department heads and elected officials within the county and maintaining an active caseload. From 2003 to 2016, she was an assistant district attorney and honed her skills in prosecuting cases ranging from minor offenses to capital murder.

Ms. Nodolf's expertise in criminal litigation is further underscored by her involvement in high-profile cases and her leadership during critical incidents. Notably, she played a pivotal role in the response to the August 31, 2019, mass shooting in Midland and Odessa. Her swift actions included coordinating law enforcement efforts and activating the Texas Rangers State Critical Response Team. She has also contributed to governmental efforts by drafting legislation and testifying before the Texas House and Senate to establish a community awareness cohort for mass shooting incidents.

As an ongoing commitment to her field, Ms. Nodolf is a member of several industry-related organizations, including the Texas District and County Attorneys Association, the National District Attorneys Association and the Negro Business and Professional Women's Clubs Inc., where she was one of the first non-African American women invited to join.

Ms. Nodolf's educational background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements. She earned a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Schreiner University in 2000. In addition to her academic pursuits, she attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her family, which has been a constant source of encouragement throughout her career.

Beyond her professional life, Ms. Nodolf is actively involved in civic organizations and community service. She volunteers with the choir at First Methodist Church and participates in various community initiatives through the Negro Business and Professional Women's Clubs Inc. Her outstanding contributions to her working field have been recognized with several accolades, including the President's Award from the Midland County Sheriff's Association, the Agency Award from the Midland Victims' Coalition and the Women's Leadership Award from Schreiner University.

In her personal life, Ms. Nodolf is happily married and a proud mother of twin children. An avid tennis enthusiast, she has successfully grown a junior team tennis program from 30 to nearly 50 players and is a certified official with the United States Tennis Association. Looking to the future, she aspires to transition her criminal litigation skills into civil litigation, aiming to expand her expertise into the private sector while continuing her dedication to legal excellence.
