Before that, he served as the global head of strategic initiatives from 2019 to 2020, where he helped redesign and enhance the company's structure. His tenure at Hill & Knowlton was marked by his innovative approach to professional services risk management and AI application in public relations and marketing, both of which were eventually adopted by the global holding company WPP, owner of Hill & Knowlton and the largest marketing holding in the world by revenue.

Mr. Karasek's career began with a successful tenure as a consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2019. During this time, he honed his skills in strategic consulting and gained valuable experience in banking, insurance and asset management. His success in the field stems from his equally impressive academic achievements, which include a Master of Business Administration in finance and entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School and coursework in finance and accounting at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and business administration from the University of Gdansk.

Throughout his career, Mr. Karasek has been recognized for his outstanding performance and contributions to his field. He was named as a Palmer Scholar at The Wharton School and has won several prestigious awards, including the Hilderbrand Award for outstanding performance in statistics, and Buxton Data Challenge Winner and the EY Financial Challenger Winner titles.
