His experience at Flock Freight as a customer success manager and account executive further refined his expertise in client relationship management and retention strategies. As an account executive, he successfully converted numerous prospects into new clients and reactivated several dormant accounts.

He began his career at Best Dedicated Solutions LLC, where he rapidly progressed from account manager to business development manager, proving his versatility and commitment to professional growth. Mr. Rebstock graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2018), with a focus on Management and B2B Marketing. He is a strong advocate for continuous learning and development, holding certifications from the Project Management Institute, the International Institute of Business Analysis, and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.

He has served as a dedicated counselor at Camp Soar since 2013, a summer camp affiliated with the Children's Research Triangle that supports children and teens with disabilities. Born in Rapid City, South Dakota, Mr. Rebstock now lives in Chicago, Illinois. He loves spending time with his fiancée, Amanda, and their Pitbull, Vixen. He is an avid golfer, with a passion that extends back to his dad teaching him to play at five years old, all the way to high school where he had a hole in one during varsity tryouts at Bittersweet Golf Club. Looking ahead, he is driven to build a fulfilling career that includes founding companies, mentoring, inspiring others to achieve their goals, and traveling the world with Amanda.

Mr. Rebstock credits his character and work ethic to the values instilled by his parents. His mother, Alicia, is an accomplished artist and entrepreneur, and his father, Rick, was a highly decorated Air Force veteran of 20 years. Growing up in a military family, alongside his successful siblings, Ricky and Jessica, fostered in him the values of perseverance, dedication, and service that continue to define his character. In a touching tribute, he honored his father's legacy by delivering a heartfelt eulogy at his memorial service in April 2024. Mr. Rebstock ended the eulogy with a poem below that he wrote to send his father off, titled after the Air Force motto as the title.
