STUART, FL, March 14, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Phillip G. Waldrop has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Waldrop, an esteemed expert in insurance claims, has made significant contributions to the legal industry through his longstanding career and astute business acumen. As the president and founder of Premier Case Management since 2012, he offers consulting services in claims management, advises attorneys, and handles personal negotiations with insurance companies for attorneys and their clients. Likewise, Mr. Waldrop is highly regarded for providing law firms with techniques to quickly and effectively manage and resolve personal injury cases with decreased costs, increased revenue and insured client referrals. His expertise is widely recognized, and he is praised for achieving a high level of proficiency in the field.

Prior to establishing Premier Case Management, Mr. Waldrop served as a case manager at John W. Carroll P.A. from 1995 to 2012. During this time, he honed his skills in managing complex cases and developed a reputation for his adeptness in negotiating with insurance companies. His earlier roles as a paralegal and investigator at Montgomery, Lytal, Reiter, Denney & Searcy, P.A. from 1984 to 1992 provided him with invaluable experience in pre-litigation processes, which he developed in the 1980s. Impressively, he established the first known pre-litigation department in a law firm in the United States. Additionally, he established pre-litigation departments at various other law firms between 1992 and 1995, pioneering pre-litigation processes that have since become a standard practice among attorneys.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Waldrop worked in the insurance industry, serving as a home office supervisor for Carolina Casualty Insurance Company from 1982 to 1984. During his tenure, he oversaw 16 U.S. states and Canada and reported directly to the company's vice president. Additionally, he was commended for having the lowest expense ratio, attorney involvement and claims payout amounts in the claims department. Previously, he was a claims supervisor overseeing the state of Georgia at Kemper Insurance Company between 1977 and 1982, providing oversight responsibilities for more than 1,200 case files and eight adjusters. Remarkably, he was the youngest claims supervisor in the company's history at the time. Mr. Waldrop initially joined Kemper Insurance Company in 1969 as an adjuster trainee, having been promoted to field claim representative in 1973 and serving in this capacity until 1977. While there, he received the Claim Casualty Law Associate (CCLA) designation from the American Educational Institute.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Waldrop has been recognized for his contributions to the field through publications and interviews. Notably, he was featured in National Geographic Traveler magazine in March 2005 for his insights into rental car scams due to an investigation against Hertz in Atlanta in 1977. Mr. Waldrop has also been involved in industry-related organizations, including the Martin County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Atlanta Claims Association and the Atlanta Arbitration Committee. Notably, he is a founding member and twice served as president-elect of the Plaintiff Paralegal Association.

Mr. Waldrop's commitment to professional development is demonstrated by his educational background. In addition to his recognition as a CCLA and a Notary Public in the state of Florida, he holds insurance certifications in basic auto claims, advanced auto claims, general liability/product liability, homeowners/fire claims and bond/burglary claims. Furthermore, he completed a basic supervisory course, an advanced supervisory course and effective speaking for managers certifications, and attended various company and industry-sponsored insurance seminars. Outside his professional endeavors, Mr. Waldrop has dedicated time to civic engagement, including past efforts as a coordinator for the Palm Beach County Heart Walk with the American Heart Association.

Throughout his career, Mr. Waldrop has attributed his success to his strong internal drive and intellectual curiosity, as well as his passion for reading and remaining abreast of new trends in the insurance and legal industries. Looking toward the future, he plans to provide training for aspiring paralegals and insurance adjusters, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with future generations.
