Mr. Zoeller's career at ExxonMobil began in 2014 as a geoscience technician, a role he held until 2019. During this time, he supported the upstream exploration business focusing on the South American region. After transitioning to XTO Energy, where he served as a geophysics technician from 2019 to 2020, he developed a comprehensive database for seismic activity that provides real-time updates to the upstream unconventional business line. This tool remains critical for data accuracy and risk management. Mr. Zoeller then returned to ExxonMobil and supported the Sakhalin-1 production team, where his data management and Python coding skills were essential in the successful exit from the asset. He later accepted an appointment as a geoscience analyst at Exploration and continued to excel after advancing to the role of principal.

Before his tenure at ExxonMobil, Mr. Zoeller gained valuable experience as a GIS intern with the City of College Station in 2014. His professional journey also includes service in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he held various roles from 1999 to 2012, such as public affairs specialist and human resources manager. He also provided support as a full-time civilian unit administrator. He received several accolades recognizing his contributions as both a soldier and a federal employee before retiring from service with an honorable discharge.

Mr. Zoeller's academic achievements have played a crucial role in his professional success, earning a Bachelor of Science in geography with a focus on GIS from Texas A&M University in 2014. He also completed general studies in mathematics at Blinn College in 2012 and general studies in human resources management and personnel administration at the University of Maryland in 2010.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Zoeller is an active supporter of United Way through ExxonMobil. He also civically contributes to initiatives that deal with meal distribution, home improvement projects and women's shelters. Furthermore, he founded an endowment at ExxonMobil benefiting Texas A&M University, which funds scholarships awarded twice a year.

Outside of his career, Mr. Zoeller enjoys spending time with his family, including his two children. While he operates in Houston, he collaborates globally with affiliates in Melbourne, London and Argentina.
