She authored "The Journey Toward Ascension: Understanding the Narratives of Latinx Women in K-12 School Principalship," a phenomenological qualitative study that serves as her doctoral dissertation. This work focuses on the experiences of Latina women in principalship roles, a field traditionally dominated by men. Through her research, Dr. Jimenez amplifies the voices of Latina leaders and advocates for increased representation of women in leadership positions.

In addition to her dissertation, Dr. Jimenez has published several peer-reviewed articles, including "Resistance Capital as a Cultural Asset That Supports Latina Leadership Development and Addresses Environmental Leadership Challenges in K-12 Schools," which appeared in the Journal of Latinos and Education, published by Taylor & Francis. Her role as a peer reviewer for the Taylor & Francis journal Leadership and Policy in Schools further affirms her expertise and commitment to advancing educational research and policy.

Dr. Jimenez extends her dedication to teaching through her role as a professor in Rutgers University's Upward Bound programs, fostering academic success among students from underserved communities. Since 2022, she has served as a district test administrator for the SAT at Educational Testing Service Global. Additionally, she has utilized her linguistic skills as an English-to-Spanish translator for Red Bank Borough Public Schools since 2023.

Dr. Jimenez's previous experiences include significant contributions to Central Jersey College Prep Charter School (CJCP), a 2016 National Blue Ribbon School, where she mentored first-year English language arts teachers and supervised a college mentorship program for students in grades 9-12 from 2014 to 2022. Alongside her CJCP colleagues, Dr. Jimenez co-founded the Middlesex County STEM Charter School (MCSCS) in 2018, further solidifying her role as a leader in creating innovative educational initiatives.

Dr. Jimenez began her career as a substitute teacher with Source4Teachers from 2011 to 2012, where she developed foundational skills that were enhanced by her experience as a nurse aide intern at Raritan Bay Medical Center from 2005 to 2008.

Beyond her educational roles, Dr. Jimenez is actively involved in various organizations. Her memberships in the Alpha Epsilon Lambda (AEL) Honor Society, Golden Key (GK) Honor Society and the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association (NJPSA) reflect her ongoing commitment to professional development and leadership within the education sector. She engages with the Montclair State University Women's Initiative Network (WIN) by mentoring female college students and providing opportunities for practical internship projects and portfolio documentation, demonstrating her dedication to empowering future female leaders. Additionally, since June 2024, she has served as a virtual ambassador, facilitating bi-weekly Clubhouse meetups focused on professional development in leadership for both men and women.

Dr. Jimenez actively participates in the alumni networks of her alma maters, including Rowan University, Rutgers University, Montclair State University and Middlesex College. She is also a committed member of WIN, where she inspires and empowers women to become leading visionaries and active change agents in executive roles across all professions, regardless of their career stage.

Dr. Jimenez's academic journey reflects her relentless pursuit of knowledge. She began with an Associate of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Middlesex College in 2011. In 2013, she earned a bachelor's degree in communications & media studies and English language arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Following this, she pursued teaching certifications in English language arts K-12 content knowledge through Rutgers University's Center for Effective Teaching Practices.

In 2016, she obtained her master's degree in educational administration from Montclair State University. Additionally, in 2012, she studied abroad at the University of Latin American Educational Center (UCEL) and taught elementary school students for her Rutgers Graduate School of Education service learning. In 2024, she earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Rowan University.

In the remarkable year of 2025, Dr. Jimenez achieved a significant milestone by graduating from the Barbizon Modeling Academy, where she earned the title of professional model. She identifies as a lifelong learner, always seeking to expand her knowledge and skills. However, her accomplishments did not stop there; she was also crowned Dr. World Latina, a prestigious honor that propelled her into the spotlight as a passionate advocate for gender equality in leadership roles.

Her striking presence was highlighted during an unforgettable runway debut at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), where she captivated audiences alongside Viktoria Kjær Theilvig, the esteemed Miss Universe 2024.
