ARLINGTON, TX, March 18, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Alisa Dodenhoff has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Dodenhoff is a dynamic professional with a diverse career spanning multiple industries. Currently, she serves as the director of business operations for Blue Mint Thai & Asian Cuisine Restaurant Group, Blue Mint Thai International, Blue Mint Thai Franchising, and Velocity Investing Group, where she plays a pivotal role in marketing, investment meetings and overseeing expansion projects. She is also a minority owner in these same companies. Her efforts recently and masterfully led to negotiating and securing a huge partnership with the Texas Rangers baseball team, establishing the brand as the Proud Asian Restaurant and Official Partner of the Texas Rangers. Alisa is also integral in the expansion of Blue Mint Thai franchises across the country with a franchising deal projecting 51 restaurants in the next five years.

Before assuming her current leadership role, Ms. Dodenhoff built an impressive track record in corporate management. As a corporate account manager at Mouser Electronics, she successfully managed a $50 million account portfolio, driving revenue growth and identifying strategic sales opportunities. During her tenure, she served as a buyer program manager and customer development representative, refining her expertise in client relations, strategic procurement, customer service, and content creation. Her diverse professional background further includes experience as a Business Manager for a local construction company and as a regional manager for the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she honed her skills in operational leadership and economic development.

Ms. Dodenhoff's military service has been fundamental to her career and personal development. She was a security forces craftsman and served on active duty with the United States Air Force from 2011 to 2017. Now a part of the Air Force Reserves, she has held a variety of positions including squad leader, unit training manager, and technical school training instructor. Her outstanding service earned her Commendation medals for deployment and home station efforts, Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter, Airman of the Quarter, Volunteer of the Quarter, Senior Airman Below the Zone, and the Pitsenbarger Award for educational achievements.

Many of Ms. Dodenhoff's professional accomplishments stem from her equally diverse academic endeavors. She is a doctoral candidate pending the defense of her Doctor of Business Administration dissertation at DeVos Graduate School at Northwood University, focusing on women in leadership and the impact of homogeneous mentorship. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University, a bachelor's degree in human resources development from Southwestern College, associate degree in criminal justice from the Community College of the Air Force and an associate degree in human services with an emphasis on alcohol and drug studies from Saddleback College.

Known as a servant leader and for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Dodenhoff is actively involved in organizations such as the Blue Mint Thai Foundation, the Mansfield Food Bank and the annual Toys for Tots Drive. Through the Air Force, she also volunteers for events like the Annual Air Force Awards Banquet, and details within the community like the Flag Ceremony at the American Rodeo. Her commitment to community service extends to mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America for five years and leading a women's book club.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Dodenhoff is a devoted mother of two and an advocate for work-life balance. As a single parent who recently purchased her own home, she is committed to providing her children with meaningful opportunities while prioritizing her own well-being through fitness, travel, and quality time with friends and family. Her dedication to excellence extends even further as she was recently named as one of Mansfield, Texas' 40 Under 40 most influential business leaders for 2025 – a testament to her leadership, resilience, and impact in both business and community engagement.

Looking to the future, Ms. Dodenhoff aspires to become the chief executive officer of Velocity Investing Group — Blue Mint Thai & Asian Cuisine's parent company. She is also writing a book that highlights women from diverse backgrounds who have found success in different working fields and becoming senior executives and C-Suite professionals. She is excited to share their stories when the book is completed.
