Mrs. Galloway is an accomplished area health and safety manager at ADM, a multinational food processing corporation. Known among her peers for her ethical and thoughtful behavior, she excels in overseeing the safety of 11 facilities with over 1500 employees. Her expertise in following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines, case management, and OSHA 1910 regulations has been pivotal in her success.

Mrs. Galloway's journey in health and safety began with her work experience as an ironworker, maintenance technician, and code welder, jobs in which she was tasked with following OSHA guidelines. This sparked her interest in the field, leading her to join ADM as a safety technician in 2018. Advancing within ADM, she served as safety specialist during the COVID-19 pandemic, expertly managing safety protocols during that challenging period while also pursuing her education full-time. Her leadership abilities were recognized when she became a safety manager in 2021, before assuming her current position as area health and safety manager in 2023. Prior to joining ADM, she spent a decade as a maintenance technician, welder and ironworker at Alert Construction Services, 2 years as a welder/fabricator with Zachry Construction and one year as a welder at Caterpillar Inc.

Academically, Mrs. Galloway's achievements have played a significant role in her professional accomplishments. She earned a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from Millikin University in 2021, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the same institution in 2023. Her commitment to education was recognized with Millikin's prestigious Scovill Award for leadership and excellence, making her the first nontraditional student to receive this honor.

In addition to her professional roles, Mrs. Galloway has been actively involved in civic organizations. She served as director of business development for Not Forgotten Inc. from 2019 to 2021, demonstrating her commitment to community service. Her leadership skills have also been acknowledged with awards such as the Leadership Award from ADM in 2023.

Mrs. Galloway is a member of several academic and industry-related organizations, including the American Society of Safety Professionals, the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, Delta Mu Delta International Honors Society, American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the Tabor School of Business Honors Society. These affiliations reflect her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

Outside of her career, Mrs. Galloway enjoys playing softball and is considering furthering her education by pursuing a doctorate in organizational leadership.
