Mr. Davis's role involves engaging specialists within the JLL family to support clients nationally and internationally in lease administration, lease accounting, facility management, property management and project management. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle IP Inc., Mr. Davis was a vice president at Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, a leading global real estate services firm, from 2008 to 2015. In this capacity, he honed his tenant representation and corporate real estate strategy skills, contributing significantly to his expertise in the field. Mr. Davis also served as an account manager at SunSource, a global distributor of industrial products and services, between 2006 and 2008 before pivoting into real estate.

Mr. Davis's professional journey began with his service in the U.S. Air Force National Guard as a crew chief from 2001 to 2009 in Toledo, Ohio. This experience instilled discipline and a strong work ethic that has been instrumental throughout his career.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Davis earned an associate degree in military technologies and applied sciences from the Community College of the Air Force in 2002 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Bowling Green State University in 2006.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Davis was active on the Columbus Board of Realtors from 2008 to 2016, contributing to industry standards and practices. He has also become deeply involved in civic activities. He co-founded Five Strong Foundation Inc. in 2009 and volunteers at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where he also served on the fundraising committee of the development board between 2008 and 2020.

Mr. Davis's work ethic has garnered him recognition with several awards, including a Community Excellence Award from the Ohio Board of Realtors and numerous Power Broker Awards from JLL. Looking ahead, he aims to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while forming new ones as a trusted consultant.
