Mr. Frasier is a distinguished professional working in the energy field, whose expertise lies in gas purification technology and carbon capture. Since 2022, he has served as the lead application engineer at PSB Industries, a position in which he has been instrumental in expanding the company's inventory of designs and developing innovative concepts for the purification industry. Mr. Frasier's efforts have not only ensured cost-effectiveness and suitability but also significantly increased annual sales figures.

As a customer-facing professional, Mr. Frasier serves as a primary point of contact, designing systems tailored to meet customer needs and preparing cost estimates and technical proposals. Moreover, he collaborates closely with his team throughout project development and participates in field commissioning and startup efforts to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, Mr. Frasier assists customers with any service-related issues.

Before joining PSB Industries, Mr. Frasier contributed as a research and development scientist at Molecular Products from 2021 to 2022. In that role, he honed his expertise in activated carbons, carbon purification and other carbon filtration methods as well as creating new impregnation formulas for whetlerites. His experience was further broadened as part of Graphene-X's Backer Board of Directors from 2022 to 2023. He currently is involved with the RNG Coalition and Biogas Americas through PSB Industries.

While pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical and biological engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, which he earned in 2021, Mr. Frasier gained industry experience working as an engineering associate at Clear Comfort Water from 2019 to 2021. There, he developed foundational skills that would later support his advanced work in gas purification technology.

Both Mr. Frasier's education and his early experiences provided him with a strong foundation in engineering principles, which have been crucial to his subsequent success in developing innovative solutions within the energy sector. Along with his degree, he became a certified SolidWorks professional while in high school to further enhance his technical capabilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Frasier has been motivated by the idea that the absence of previous attempts does not indicate that a feat is impossible. He firmly believes that every problem has a solution; it just takes the right individuals, the right motivation and the right attitude to solve any challenge.

In reflecting on his career thus far, Mr. Frasier attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his parents, older brother and fiancée. This strong support system has played a pivotal role in his career development and personal growth. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Frasier is a supporter of both the Barber National Institute and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. All in all, his participation through these affiliations reflects his commitment to giving back to the community and supporting causes that align with his values.

Outside of his career, Mr. Frasier enjoys nature and engaging in various outdoor activities, such as hiking, fishing, backpacking and camping. He is also passionate about 3D printing and designing products.
