Ms. Tagge has established herself as a distinguished expert in internal communications, strategy and change, and executive communications. She most recently held the position of director of field and executive communications at OneAmerica Financial, where from 2022 to 2024, she held critical oversight of internal, external and executive communications for the $2 billion financial services organization.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Tagge drove communications strategy as principal at The Communications Alchemist from 2021 to 2022. Through her expert consultancy, individual and small business clients benefited from tailored, and targeted content to drive their business needs.

Ms. Tagge gained additional vital experience in a series of previous positions, including a tenure as the senior manager of firm strategy and internal communications at PwC in Chicago from 2017 through 2021. Before joining PwC, Ms. Tagge served as the director of change communications at Aon from 2016 to 2017 and internal and corporate communications at KPMG LLP from 2008 to 2016.

Notably, Ms. Tagge also served in several management positions at United Airlines in Chicago from 1987 to 2008, during which she received the Chairman's Award and several Employee of the Month designations for her many meaningful contributions. In addition, Ms. Tagge served as the editor of "Take Off!: 21 High-Flying Secrets for Career Success" by Stephen A Forte.

Ms. Tagge holds a Bachelor of Arts in English language studies and international relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has secured distinct industry certifications through the completion of the Associated Press editing workshop, the diversity, equity and inclusion for corporate communicators seminar offered by Lawrence Ragan Communications Inc., and a mastery session presented by the Harvard Extension School that focused on professional development strategies for leading successful change initiatives. Additionally, Ms. Tagge earned certifications in executive leadership, performance leadership and PR strategy by Cornell University and is a designated Prosci-certified change practitioner.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Tagge has remained engaged in civic and community service. She is a past board member of KPMG Family for Literacy and has supported various charitable activities through United Airlines PwC and Career Village.
