Mr. Chase is an accomplished attorney and managing partner at VC2 Law, a firm he co-founded in 2022 alongside Michael C. Van and Chase L. Larkin. With a decade of experience in the legal profession, he has honed his expertise in real estate litigation, business litigation, guardianship appeals and trust appeals. Mr. Chase also specializes in appellate practice, handling appeals for the State Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Primarily focusing his practice on real estate contracts and business litigation, Mr. Chase manages a caseload of approximately 35 to 40 cases. Additionally, he supervises two associate attorneys and collaborates with Mr. Van on more significant litigation cases in their Las Vegas office. Mr. Chase's role extends beyond legal practice as he oversees the firm's human resources, information technology and financial aspects.

Before establishing VC2 Law, Mr. Chase was a partner at Shumway Van, a respected litigation practice based in Las Vegas, from 2020 to 2022. Before making partner, he was an attorney for the firm between 2018 and 2020. Mr. Chase also excelled at The Law Office of Mike Beede from 2017 to 2018 after clerking for the firm for two years. His practice focused on real estate law, business law, litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Chase's early legal career also included serving as a legal extern at the Clark County District Attorney's Office in 2017.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Chase worked in the software and video game industry. He was a test associate for Microsoft Game Studios at Aditi Technologies from 2010 to 2011, a production lead at Petroglyph Games between 2011 and 2013, and an independent contractor for Google through Leapforce in 2014. He also worked in retail at Sears Holdings, dating back to 2007.

Mr. Chase's academic background laid a strong foundation for his legal career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in game and simulation programming from DeVry University since 2010. He also received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2017, where he received numerous awards for written and oral advocacy as part of the moot court team. Besides his formal education, Mr. Chase holds a professional legal research certification through LexisNexis. He has been admitted to practice by the Nevada Bar Association and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Chase is actively involved in civic organizations, such as Street Teens, HomeAid Southern Nevada and Shine a Light Foundation, and volunteers for the UNLV law school's moot court competition.

Apart from these affiliations, Mr. Chase's publication 'The Early History of the Black Lives Matter Movement, and the Implications Thereof' was featured in the Nevada Law Journal in 2018 and has been cited by various courts and legal treatises. Looking ahead, he intends to develop his legal practice and firm further while aspiring to transition into an academic role at a law school.
