Based in France, A2MAC1 is a leading global provider of benchmarking and engineering insights, specifically for the automotive and mobility industries.

Before being promoted, Ms. Nadig was a customer engagement manager at A2MAC1 starting in 2021. Her previous tenure at Ford Motor Company was particularly notable, where she held various roles from 2014 to 2023. After being hired as a weight energy efficiency engineer, she became involved in vehicle energy efficiency feature design and development and as a vehicle integration engineer. Ms. Nadig also gained valuable experience at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She served as an administrative assistant between 2012 and 2014 after working as a student assistant at the university's information center in 2012 and research assistant from 2011 to 2012. Ms. Nadig's early career included a trainee position at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 2011.

Ms. Nadig's academic background has been instrumental in her professional success. She received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India in 2011 and a Master of Science in aerospace engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach in 2014. Ms. Nadig's passion for learning and growth is deeply rooted in her childhood experiences with her father, who introduced her to the fascinating world of mechanics during visits to repair shops.

Ms. Nadig's expertise in this field is further enhanced by her membership in several industry-related organizations, including SAE International and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She is also a professional member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Nadig is actively involved in civic-minded organizations. She has been a board member of the Galaksi Foundation since 2016 and has volunteered with organizations like Oakland HOPE, Vista Maria, Gleaners Community Food Bank, Mercy Corps and the Seva Foundation.

Ms. Nadig was recognized as one of Ford Motor Company's "30 Under 30," a testament to her work ethic.
