Mrs. Henson began her professional journey with a four-year tenure at JCPenney, becoming a merchandise manager at just 23 years old. Her career in the mortgage industry began when she became a store manager at Wells Fargo Financial from 2001 to 2010, during which she was selected to open the company's first real estate development branch in Las Vegas and grew its mortgage receivables from zero to $35 million in under a year.

Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. Henson earned a Bachelor of Science in management with a focus on human resources from Arizona State University in 1995 and an Associate of Arts in business administration from South Mountain Community College in 1993. She obtained a real estate license in 2010, further enhancing her credentials and enabling her to excel in the real estate sector.
