In his current role he manages the technical support capacity for the full lifecycle of customer and partner programs by leading the customer engineering, partner relationship management and solution delivery teams. Prior to his current position, Mr. Healy was vice president and general manager of platform management and customer engineering at Intel from 2019 to 2022. During this period, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the IOT markets by recognizing unarticulated customer needs and enabling delivery of breakthrough solutions unique to the needs of those market applications.

For the preceding two years, Mr. Healy served as vice president and general manager of the data center network solutions group at Intel. In this role he played a pivotal role in transforming the network infrastructure market to benefit from software defined capabilities, convincing major network operators to invest in new directions. This strategic initiative significantly influenced the evolution of network infrastructure that supports modern mobile phone services.

This success built on his tenure as general manager of the software-defined networking division from 2013 to 2016, where he further honed his skills in strategic business planning.

Mr. Healy's foundational roles at Intel include tenure as the director of strategic business planning and as a marketing manager. His upward journey through various roles at the corporation highlights his adaptability and resilience. He recognizes the values of these qualities and credits much of his success to their role in his career, alongside a bit of luck.

Academically, Mr. Healy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical, electronic and communications engineering from the University of Limerick, earned in 1990 before immigrating to the United States in 2010. Additionally, he is a chartered engineer and an active member of the IEEE.

In recognition of his contributions to technology innovation, he received the IoT Innovator Award and an Intel achievement award from Intel in 2021.

Outside of work, Mr. Healy enjoys playing the guitar, mountain biking, hiking and spending time outdoors with his family. He is also involved in civic work, repairing and restoring damaged instruments and donating them to music charities.
