Mr. Rios' career includes significant roles as a general contractor at various prestigious hotels in Manhattan. Since 2021, he has been a contractor at Hotel Edison and has successfully renovated more than 500 rooms in that time. From 2015 to 2018, he served in a similar capacity at The Langham on Fifth Avenue. His skills were initially honed on the residential scene and as time progressed he translated his skillset into the hotel industry, working as a contractor for hotels such as The Mark, The Renaissance, and The Hilton brand.

Throughout a journey marked by accolades and features in prominent publications, Mr. Rios was highlighted as a case study by the Queens Chamber of Commerce in 2024 and featured on Telemundo in 2020. Additionally, his renovation work has been recognized in various paint magazines since 2019, highlighting his growing impact on the construction industry.

Mr. Rios' equally accomplished educational background laid a strong foundation for his success. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and a minor in psychology from Queens College in 2013. Prior to that, he earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and management from LaGuardia Community College in 2010. To augment his qualifications, he is minority business enterprise (MBE) certified by the New York City Department of Small Business Services and in real estate development by Cornell University. Furthermore, he is certified as a home improvement contractor by the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and holds multiple certifications from the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

The influence of Mr. Rios' parents played a pivotal role in his career path. His mother, a certified public accountant, is his business consultant and tax preparer while his father's dedication to his craft inspired his interest in construction and remodeling from a young age. Such strong familial support, combined with inherent motivation and guidance from mentors, propelled him to establish his own company at the age of 20.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Rios is committed to civic engagement and community service. He contributes pro bono renovation services to organizations such as the Christian Cultural Center and Our Lady of Fatima Church and participates in providing meals to families in need during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

In his personal life, Mr. Rios enjoys practicing martial arts and spending quality time with his daughter. With a growing passion for real estate development and investments, he is taking courses to further his knowledge in both areas.
