His earlier roles include processing team leader from 2018 to 2020, sales representative at Signet from 2016 to 2018 and sales associate at GNC from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Booker earned a Master of Science in health sciences with a focus on sports performance from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals in 2024. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in sports medicine from Wright University in 2020 and an associate's degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Sinclair Community College in 2017. His academic achievements have been instrumental in his professional success.

Over the years, Mr. Booker has also obtained various certifications, including a mental health first aid certification through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and CPR and AED certifications through the America Red Cross. He is also certified in human subjects research and responsible conduct of research by the CITI Program and is a certified EKG technician and exercise specialist through Sinclair Community College. Additionally, he holds a corrective exercise specialization from the International Sports Sciences Association.

Mr. Booker's success is attributed to the unwavering support of his family and friends, who have encouraged him during challenging times. Influential figures such as his martial arts coach, David Reeves, his previous coach, Jeff Richards, his mother, Tia Strickland, and military squadron enlisted leader Thomas Webster have significantly shaped his journey. In his personal life, Mr. Booker was born in Dayton and is a devoted husband and father.
