Prior to his current role, Mr. Snavely made notable contributions as a manufacturing representative for Grigg Brothers, a fertilizer company, where he was responsible for developing the western United States market. His efforts exceeded expectations, contributing recommended formulations and developing soil and water testing parameters. His expertise was sought after globally, as he worked on challenging golf courses in locations around the world. Additionally, while serving as an agronomist with an innovative water treatment company he collaborated with a professor in Bangladesh to co-author a comprehensive overview on the region's diverse soil types.

Mr. Snavely's career began with a remarkable achievement while working for his brother-in-law's company, where he became the top new representative in his first year. Within three years, he achieved the distinction of being the top representative worldwide. His early career also included a role as lead sportswriter for The Jungle Chant at Reedley College, displaying his versatility and passion for communication.

Mr. Snavely holds a Bachelor of Arts in radio and television from Fresno State and an Associate of Arts in general education from Reedley College. His academic background laid the foundation for his diverse career path, which included two decades in radio and running his own entertainment business before transitioning into agronomics. Growing up on a family farm instilled a strong work ethic in Mr. Snavely, which he attributes to his father's influence.

Throughout his career, Mr. Snavely has been recognized with several awards, including the Top Sales Awards and Top Producing Representative accolade. He was the youngest contributing writer for a utility newsletter while serving as state sales manager at a telecommunications company and won a speech contest highlighting his communication skills and leadership abilities.

Mr. Snavely was born in Whittier and is a proud parent to one son, Brad Jr., and one daughter, Sarah, and enjoys spending time and playing sports with his two twin grandsons Max and Eli. Brad married his high school sweetheart Susan, who has been a part of running businesses with Brad from the start. They are approaching the celebration of their 45th wedding anniversary.
