She started as a teller in 2006, advanced to supervisor in 2011 and later became a service manager in 2013. During her tenure at Wells Fargo, she honed her management skills and prepared for her consequent roles in the legal field.

Ms. Parmakszyan's legal career was further enriched by her experiences as a judicial intern at New York City Family Court in 2024 and as a summer litigation associate at Venable LLP in 2021. These positions provided her with valuable insights into the legal system and contributed to her professional growth. While pursuing her Juris Doctor, she was actively involved in internships, mentorship programs and editorial roles.

Laying the foundation for Ms. Parmakszyan's journey was her educational background, which began with a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007. She subsequently earned a Master of Arts in history from California State University, Northridge, in 2010, followed by a paralegal certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2016, and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2024. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her certifications, including being a certified Pilates instructor.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Parmakszyan attributes much of her success to the values instilled by her parents, who immigrated from Armenia when she was five years old.
