Before these roles, Mr. Kadiric was the president and chief executive officer of Titan Interiors LLC in the Greater Grand Rapids area from 2010 to 2019. Under his leadership, Titan Interiors grew from a small team to a thriving company with 55 employees and over $10 million in annual revenue. The founding and growth of this firm stands as one of Mr. Kadiric's most notable accomplishments. For the preceding five years, he was co-president of Unlimited Drywall LLC in Grand Rapids after beginning his career with a six-year tenure as a commercial carpenter at The Bouma Corporation.

Mr. Kadiric's contributions to the industry have been recognized through various features and awards. He was highlighted in both "AWCI Member Spotlight: Horizon Interiors LLC" by Construction Dimensions in 2024 and "Over the Horizon" by Walls & Ceilings in 2023. Additionally, his work with Titan Interiors earned him the ABC Excellence in Construction Award for exterior finishes on the Hilton Garden Inn in Grand Rapids in 2017. The firm also was named one of the Top 50 Walls & Ceilings Contractors by Walls and Ceilings Magazine the previous year.

Mr. Kadiric's educational background includes an Associate of Applied Science in architectural and building sciences technology from Grand Rapids Community College, which he completed in 2005. Complementing his formal education, he also holds an OSHA 30 certification from the University of California San Diego, obtained in 2019.

Overall, Mr. Kadiric attributes his professional success to his perseverance and his loyalty, particularly to his company, customers and community. Additionally, he has furthered his expertise through his affiliation with Associated Builders and Contractors, the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry and the Ceilings and Interior Systems Construction Association.

Beyond his professional life, Mr. Kadiric is deeply involved in civic activities as a supporter and financial contributor to Pomozi.ba, a medical and health organization based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is particularly proud of this association as a first-generation immigrant from Bosnia and Herzegovina. His community involvement also extends to various other professional projects, such as the Grand Valley Student Housing project, Tanger Outlet Mall and the FSU University Center.

In his personal life, Mr. Kadiric enjoys spending time with his family, which includes two daughters and two sons. He also has a passion for traveling and enjoys seeing new places in his free time.
