In preparation for her future, Ms. Erlendson received a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences from Portland State University in 1985. She also serves on the entertainment and membership committees at the University Club of Portland, further solidifying her standing within the industry. Earlier, Ms. Erlendson was involved with the Portland Fashion & Style Awards from 2013 to 2020 and was affiliated with the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and the EWGA's Portland chapter, where she held positions such as golf events chair and board member.
