Mr. Meltzer is the chief executive officer of Green Leaf STK LLC, where he manages customer interactions and technology needs. Mr. Meltzer's career began with a distinguished 20-year tenure in the U.S. Air Force, where he served in special operations and special forces. His military service included deployments to over 39 countries and a six-year stationing in England. During this time, he managed significant projects, such as the relocation of the operations center at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, earning recognition as one of the top non-commissioned officers for his contributions.

After retiring from the Air Force, Mr. Meltzer joined Hickory Transportation Services, now HTS Logistics, as an IT engineer before advancing to IT director. He played a pivotal role in managing the company's relocation during its transition to HTS Logistics amid the COVID-19 pandemic. His expertise ensured a smooth migration to new systems and facilitated remote work for 60 employees. When he came on board, the company had $13 million in revenue, and he helped them expand to $120 million. Prior to this, he worked as a project manager at Adecco Group and an IT project manager at Project X IT Consultancy.

Mr. Meltzer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration in technology management from Colorado Technical University. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral of Business Administration in computer and information systems security and information assurance at Liberty University. Furthermore, his certifications include CompTIA Cloud+, Project Management Professional and ITIL Foundations.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Meltzer is actively involved in civic organizations, such as the Northeast Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce and Jacksonville IT Council. He has also coordinated projects for Habitat for Humanity International, served as a liaison for a South Korean orphanage and worked as a coordinator for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Mr. Meltzer attributes much of his success to the support of his spouse, who inspired him to pursue education, and his experience in the U.S. Air Force, which sparked his interested in big data systems and management. He also gives credit to his training at Hickory Transportation Services and various industry mentors.

Outside of his career, Mr. Meltzer enjoys building gadgets, creating home automation projects and visiting the shooting range in his free time. In the upcoming years, he is committed to expanding Green Leaf STK LLC by doubling his clientele and providing opportunities for veterans and women in the IT industry.
